It's a quick-n-dirty solution, but in the meantime, it works. In the meantime, I've created a repackaged version of the launcher that will temporarily rename the files causing the issue to prevent them being loaded except by FFX itself.
It does not affect everyone, and is not directly caused by the launcher itself, and as such is a bit tricky to solve. This issue arises on some systems where Windows tries to inappropriately load DLLs used by this launcher and other mods (such as Untitled Project X).
